These prices are merely indicative. They are based on shipments of plain T-shirts in the peninsula.

The exact rates will be displayed in the cart once it is complete with your order and you have specified the shipping address. It will be calculated automatically based on weight and direction.

IMPORTANT: This only refers to the shipping time after the order leaves our warehouse. The total time from when you place the order until you receive it will increase depending on whether the complete order was in stock or not, or if it is customized.

  • If everything requested is in "local stock" and you have placed the order during the morning, it is most likely that in the afternoon it will be prepared and shipped, receiving it in about 24 hours.
  • If part of what you have requested there was not enough quantity in "local stock" but if in "total stock", we must add an additional 24 / 48h of delay, which is how long it takes to replace the merchandise to our local stock.
  • If the order has some kind of customization, the delay will depend on the amount of garments to be printed, complexity, workload, etc., and may take between 2 and 15 days. If you need a specific date, contact us before placing the order.
WHY DOES THE SHIPPING COSTS VARY ON EACH ORDER?: The online store automatically calculates the shipping costs according to the total weight of the same, and offers you different transport agencies so that you can choose according to your preference, each of which may have different costs.

Product delivery

Rafasshop undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the USER in the order form, and which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the USER for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Rafasshop will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the USER in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.
Rafasshop informs the USER that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.

Delivery

If due to a logistical reason or force majeure we detect a possible delay in delivery, Rafasshop inform your customers as soon as you become aware of them.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to Rafasshop, the USER may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return and Guarantees" section. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the USER by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the USER.

Delivery data, unrealized deliveries and loss

In the same email in which the USER is informed that the product has left the warehouses of Rafasshop, the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery are provided, so that, in the event that any incident arises in the delivery, the USER can contact to resolve it.
If at the time of delivery the USER is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Rafasshop contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions (calls to USERS in different time slots, sending SMS), aimed at guaranteeing that the delivery occurs.
In the event of any incident for the delivery of orders to customers, for example, that the address that you have provided us was absent at the time of delivery or was wrong, we receive notifications from the different transport agencies. Both the transport agency and Rafasshop, we will do everything possible to contact the recipient by phone and by e-mail to solve it. If, after 7 business days after the order was delivered, it has not been possible to contact the customer who was absent in the various delivery attempts or with the wrong address, the order will be returned to our warehouses. If the customer contacts later and requests that it be sent to him again, he will have to pay a new additional shipping cost. If the client requests the refund of the amount, the shipping and return costs that the transport agency has invoiced us will be subtracted.
If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range from one to three weeks.

Diligence in delivery

The USER must check the good condition of the package before the carrier who, on behalf of Rafasshop, make the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging.
If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the USER detects any incident such as hit, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the USER undertakes to notify it to Rafasshop via email in the shortest time possible and in a maximum of 7 business days from delivery.
