Textile vinyl and DTF

What does it consist of?

DTF printing technique, Direct Transfer to Film, it is a personalization technique by printing a film that is transferred directly to the garment to customize. One of the advantages of the DTF is the freedom to choose garments of almost any fabric: cotton, polyester or synthetic fiber blend.

First, the design is printed in full color on the film, then a white base layer is printed on top, on which a glue powder adhesive is fixed. Once the adhesive is applied, the film with the printed design passes through a drying tunnel where the transfer dries at a constant temperature. Finally, having prepared the DTF, all that remains is to iron it on the garment.
